We are back in the swing with our girl scout meetings this year. Bean is now a Brownie and we are doing super fun projects and
activities in our community.
Tonight at our meeting I was the parent helper and so glad that I got to observe and help out.
We finished making our Girl Scout pinwheels and then the girls got to decorate a quilt for the organization
Soaring Words
which is an organization that encourages children suffering from
chronic and serious illnesses. The girls got to decorate one of the
quilts that will be given to a seriously ill child with words of
encouragement. They did a great job and had so much fun designing their
squares!
